Front tires noticably bigger than rear.

Based on the pristine condition of this vehicle, I believe the owner is probably a professional drag racer attempting to fine-tune his final drive ratio by using tire size to find the sweet spot of the torque curve for a FWD VTEC vehicle. Conversely, he puts the smallest, hardest tires on the rear possible to reduce rolling resistance.

Probably an engineer of some kind.

I think the small hard tires in the back for mad skidz.

You mean ostentatious demonstrations of controlled oversteer? Sorry, I only took 2 years of Honda in high school and forgot most of it.

Knowing how far these cars have fallen, I wouldn’t be surprised if the owner just went to a discount tire place for a new pair of tires and they didn’t have a set of the exact size in stock, so, out of desperation, they took whatever the place had in their wheel size. Been there in my youth.

I’m pretty sure dude guy bought the cheapest set of 2nd hand tires he could find that would fit because he doesn’t give a shit about his car.
